1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the bd674 platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who place bets, play casino games, or use any other service offered by bd674. Access to bd674 is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the bd674 platform after these Terms have been updated, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions set out herein. If you are accessing bd674 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the bd674 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

bd674 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where, in its reasonable judgment, a player does not meet or has ceased to meet the eligibility criteria above. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bd674 at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd674 reserves the right to close all but the first-registered account and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held in the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bd674 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bd674 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bd674 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill for proof of address. bd674 may place a hold on withdrawals or restrict account functionality until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd674 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved mobile financial services operating in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time. The currently available payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit and withdrawal within your bd674 account dashboard.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on bd674 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Any amounts quoted on the platform are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and may vary. Current limits are displayed within the bd674 cashier at the time of transaction. bd674 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bd674 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval. bd674 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. bd674 is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider after the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on bd674 are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal of any associated winnings can be processed. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Only bets placed with bonus funds count towards wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bd674 operates a strict anti-abuse policy. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedging bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; sharing bonus codes with persons who are not entitled to claim them; and exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes to generate artificial bonus credit. bd674 reserves the right to withhold, void, or forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to permanently close the account(s) involved.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bd674 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion or to withdraw a promotion entirely at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the original promotion terms, unless bd674 notifies the player otherwise.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bd674 are subject to bd674's right of acceptance. bd674 reserves the right to refuse any bet or to limit the maximum stake on any market at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued to the player.

6.2 Errors and Mispricing

In the event of a manifest error — including typographical errors in odds, incorrectly listed teams or players, or system malfunctions that produce erroneous prices — bd674 reserves the right to void any affected bets, whether settled or pending, and to refund the original stake. bd674's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at bd674's discretion, including in response to a significant on-field event, a feed delay, or a technical issue. Bets placed in-play that bd674 determines were placed after the outcome of the relevant event was known — whether due to a feed delay or any other reason — may be voided.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on bd674 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game provider. bd674 does not and cannot influence game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed and settled according to the game provider's system records. Players are advised to check their game history if they experience a disconnection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd674 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials; any act intended to deceive bd674 or other players.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Arbitrage and System Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures, or promotional terms to generate guaranteed profit without the intent of genuine play.
• Money Laundering: Using bd674 for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. bd674 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bd674's systems; introducing malware or viruses; interfering with the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or allowing an underage person to use your account. Both the account holder and the underage user may be subject to legal proceedings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd674 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall compilation of the platform — is the property of bd674 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd674 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from bd674 without the prior written consent of bd674.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

bd674 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By using bd674, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

bd674 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. No payment card or mobile banking credentials are stored on bd674 servers beyond what is required for transaction processing. bd674 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd674 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of the platform or from your inability to access or use the platform, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed.

bd674's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the bd674 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bd674 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd674 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bd674 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, peak traffic periods, or events beyond bd674's reasonable control.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by bd674

bd674 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice if bd674 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, detects unusual account activity, requires additional KYC verification, or is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. During a suspension, you may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. bd674 will endeavour to notify you of a suspension by email promptly, subject to legal constraints.

11.2 Permanent Closure by bd674

bd674 may permanently close your account where: a material breach of these Terms is confirmed; identity verification cannot be completed to bd674's satisfaction; the account is found to be a duplicate; prohibited conduct is substantiated; or continued operation of the account would expose bd674 to legal or regulatory risk. Upon permanent closure for cause, any balance may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach identified.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bd674 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing and KYC checks. 12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
